- REMEDENT NV is for 99,99% owned by the American company Remedent Inc. stocklisted on Nasdaq.
- According to the last known shareholders’ records of Remedent Inc. dating from May 8th, 2018, no shareholder was owner of more than 25% of the shares of Remedent Inc.
- Since Mr. De Vreese is director of Remedent Inc., Mr. Guy De Vreese will be indicated as an indirect UBO of Metrics in Balance NV.
